Industrial Surfacing & Lining, LLC. is looking for a skilled and motivated Concrete Floor Resurfacing professional to join their growing team in Jacksonville, FL. Responsibilities:

Prepare, resurface, and finish concrete floors using industry-standard techniques and materials
Apply coatings, overlays, and resurfacing compounds to commercial and industrial concrete surfaces
Operate and maintain surface preparation equipment including grinders, shot blasters, and scarifiers
Assess job site conditions and determine appropriate resurfacing methods and materials
Ensure quality control and inspect finished surfaces to meet project specifications
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
Collaborate with project managers and team members to meet deadlines and client expectations

Requirements:

Prior experience in concrete floor resurfacing, coatings, or surface preparation
Knowledge of epoxy, polyurea, polyaspartic, or other industrial floor coating systems
Ability to operate surface prep equipment safely and efficiently
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
