We operate with student-focused programs to ensure successful training and employment placement for each individual we serve. As a Registered Nurse, you'll provide essential health services and support to students while helping create a safe, healthy environment where they can focus on their education, training, and career goals. JOB DUTIES Evaluate student health concerns and provide appropriate care and referrals. Provide preventative and emergency health services to students. Support the management and daily operations of the Wellness Department. Coordinate chronic condition case management and follow-up care. Administer medications and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with applicable regulations. Coordinate health services with local hospitals, healthcare providers, and community agencies. Maintain adequate medical equipment and supply inventory. Support the Center’s medical separation process and help students access required services and referrals. Assist with wellness reporting, safety/incident documentation, and compliance requirements. Help maintain current healthcare guidelines and promote quality wellness services. Participate in the Center’s HEALs (Healthy Eating, Active Lifestyles) Committee. Mentor students and model positive Career Success Standards.
