The Basics:
Â
- Bachelor of Science Degree in an Engineering Discipline required
- Proficient in RCM Practices (Reliability Centered Maintenance)
- FMEA (Failure Mode & Effects Analysis)
- Able to perform data analysis on equipment performance
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word, PowerPoint)
- 2 years’ minimum engineering experience

- CMRP Certification
- CRE (Certified Reliability Engineer)
- Data Analysis - Weibull
- RBD (Reliability Block Diagrams)
- Life Cycle Cost Analysis
- 5+ years’ experience in a Manufacturing environment (or equivalent industry)
- SolidWorks/AutoCad working knowledge
- Working knowledge of SAP
- Familiarity with RCFA, Cause Mapping, Kaizen problem solving methodologies
- Proficiency in writing technical proposals and communications at multiple levels of the organization

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Â
- Provides Engineering Support for the Maintenance Team
- Subject Matter Expert for Reliability Engineering practices
- Initiates and Facilitate Root Cause Analysis of equipment failures and major breakdowns
- Identifies and proposes solutions for repeat equipment failures and unplanned downtime events and cost reduction.
- Participates in execution of critical equipment inspections and analysis
- Analyzes Equipment Data, recommended maintenance plans, drawings, etc.
- Writes and reviews technically based Equipment Maintenance Plans
- Performs tracking and trending of equipment maintenance performance
- Review drawings and technical documentation

- Office and Industrial setting in a production unit (Hot Strip Mill, Cold Rolling Mill, or Hot Dip Galvanizing Lines)
- Gulf coast region in Calvert, AL
- Days, Monday to Friday with extended hours as required due to periods of peak workloads
