Senior Program Control Analyst

At Teledyne Scientific & Imaging, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial performance and operational success of innovative programs that support space exploration, national defense, climate science, and advanced imaging technologies. Working alongside Program Managers, Engineering, Manufacturing, Contracts, Purchasing, and Accounting teams, you will provide strategic financial leadership that helps ensure programs are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and profitably. What you'll do

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to provide end-to-end financial support for complex programs and product lines.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and monthly program performance reporting.
  • Develop and maintain program budgets, forecasts, and estimates at completion (EACs).
  • Analyze revenue, costs, profitability, risks, and opportunities to support business decisions.
  • Monitor program financial performance and recommend actions to improve efficiency and results.
  • Prepare financial analyses for proposals, contract activities, and standard products.
  • Generate customer and internal financial reports, including earned value management reporting.
  • Support inventory planning, reporting, and process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, accounting standards, and internal controls.
  • Present financial insights and recommendations to program and business leadership.

What you need

  • Strong financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting capabilities – required
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects and deadlines effectively – required
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills – required
  • Experience with earned value management systems and project financial controls – required
  • Knowledge of government contracting regulations, cost accounting standards, and compliance requirements – required
  • Experience using financial and project management tools such as Costpoint, TM1, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, and Word – required
  • Minimum 8 years of directly related finance, program controls, or business operations experience – required
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field – preferred (please confirm required education level)
