Summary
The Power Platform-Dynamics Specialist partners with IT, business teams and external service providers to deliver scalable solutions across the organization for manufacturing processes, applications deployed for tracking, and data evaluation. Working closely with the Business Systems Team to support a modern ERP platform, this role is responsible for Power Platform business process automations, D365 F&O system administration and SharePoint administration.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain business automations using Power Platform components, such as SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate to improve business processes. Examples include automating and tracking requests, notifications, and approvals.
- Use Power Platform tools to integrate with D365 F&O.
- Support and maintain existing Power Platform tools and integrations.
- D365 F&O system administration
- Monitor, analyze and adjust D365 F&O operations, respond to user data queries, and contribute to the functional design and optimization of D365 F&O.
- Provide day-to-day D365 F&O support, including evaluation of business process change requests and identification/incorporation of required D365 F&O changes in accordance with configuration management procedures and policies.
- Perform requirements gathering, feasibility analysis, design and configuration, system documentation, testing, training, and process integration activities in coordination with the Business Systems Team.
- SharePoint administration
- Support and maintain SharePoint, creating SharePoint sites and administering permissions, working closely with the Business System Team to follow established standards.
- Other Business Systems projects and duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of direct experience managing a mainstream ERP in an administrative or analyst role.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
- Strong SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate skills
- Direct experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365 F&O) preferred.
- Familiarity with writing SQL queries to extract and manipulate data
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
- Take direction, accept constructive criticism and be diplomatic when reviewing work of others.
- Direct experience implementing and maintaining ISO and SOX standards.
- Strong written communication skills, including ability to document requirements and systems in a clear and concise manner.
- Power Platform- Dynamics Specialist I: $89,000-$100,000 annually
- Power Platform- Dynamics Specialist II: $95,000-$115,000 annually
- Target Cash Bonus of 5% of earned wages, depending on level.
