POSITION TITLE: HR Analyst
LOCATION: Cambridge, MA (Hybrid)
This position reports to our global HQ in Cambridge, MA and is hybrid with 2-3 days onsite. Travel is expected domestically and internationally when needed.

Who We Are Looking For: Â
The HR Analyst is responsible for administering and optimizing TriNetX's HR systems, with a focus on Dayforce (HRIS), SharePoint, and cross-functional data integrations. This role ensures the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of HR data flows and serves as the primary technical resource for HR technology within the organization.

What You Will Be Doing:Â
- Administer and maintain the Dayforce HRIS platform, including system configuration, user access management, data entry and changes, and regular data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity
- Manage HR-related SharePoint sites, including content updates, permissions management, and ongoing improvements to the employee digital experience
- Administer and support Jira and other Atlassian products to manage HR workflows, project tracking, and cross-functional collaboration
- Partner with stakeholders across Finance, IT, Payroll, and other departments to ensure HR data flows and system integrations are operating correctly
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Dayforce support requests; troubleshoot issues and escalate to vendors as needed
- Identify opportunities to automate manual HR processes and drive efficiency through technology
- Support HR reporting and analytics by maintaining clean data, generating ad hoc reports, and building dashboards as needed
- Manage system upgrades, patches, and new feature rollouts in partnership with IT and Dayforce support
- Document system processes, configurations, data dictionaries, and integration specifications; keep documentation current
- Ensure HR systems comply with data privacy regulations and internal security policies
- Participate in HR technology roadmap planning and cross-functional HR project

What You Bring to TriNetX:
- 3–5 years of experience in an HRIS, HR systems administration, or related HR technology role
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Dayforce
- Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint administration
- Strong understanding of HR data flows, system integrations, and data management best practices
- Experience working cross-functionally with IT, Finance, and Payroll teams
- High attention to data accuracy and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience
Preferred: 
- Experience with HR system integrations (APIs, flat-file imports/exports, or middleware tools)
- Familiarity with SQL or other data querying/reporting tools
- Experience supporting HR technology implementations, system migrations, or major version upgrades
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or Dayforce/Ceridian certification is a plus
- Prior experience in a healthcare, life sciences, or B2B technology environment
