What You 'll Do
ï‚· Crawl through confined spaces beneath homes
ï‚· Dig and prepare work areas
ï‚· Lift, carry, push, and move materials and equipment
ï‚· Install crawl space and foundation repair systems
ï‚· Operate specialized tools and construction equipment
ï‚· Reinforce and stabilize structures
ï‚· Travel to different job sites and solve unique challenges
ï‚· Work as part of a team that delivers lasting solutions
Physical Demands
This is real construction work.
You'll regularly:
ï‚· Crawl, kneel, squat, bend, and maneuver through crawl spaces
ï‚· Lift and carry construction materials and equipment
ï‚· Dig, shovel, and haul dirt and debris
ï‚· Work in tight spaces beneath homes
ï‚· Perform physically demanding labor in hot, humid, dusty, and muddy conditions
ï‚· Stay active and on your feet throughout the workday
At the end of the day, you'll be able to look at the finished project and say:

Required experience
ï‚· Previous construction experience
ï‚· Valid driver 's license
Expected Travel: This position requires travel to job
sites throughout the state and surrounding areas. Team members should be
comfortable with daily travel and overnight stays.
