What You’ll Do
As a Fee for Service Clinician, you will:
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy
- Schedule appointments and maintain appropriate clinical contact and outreach with assigned consumers
- Conduct intake assessments
- Develop and complete consumer treatment plans in a timely manner
- Prepare accurate and timely progress notes and other required clinical documentation
- Submit daily staff activity logs documenting face-to-face contacts
- Maintain complete and accurate consumer charts
- Support departmental, program, and organizational outcomes
- Participate in agency quality-improvement activities
- Perform responsibilities in accordance with professional, ethical, and organizational standards

Qualifications
Required
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university
- Appropriate licensure for candidates with a Master of Social Work degree
- Knowledge of the DSM-5
- Knowledge of psychotropic medications
- Understanding of the needs and challenges associated with psychiatric care
- Ability to complete treatment plans, progress notes, activity logs, and other clinical documentation accurately and promptly
Preferred
- Current clinical mental health licensure, such as Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- At least one year of experience in the mental health field
Schedule
- Flexible schedule
- Hours are available Monday through Friday
- Full-time Fee for Service Clinicians are expected to provide an average of 25 completed service hours per week
- Clinicians regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for health insurance
