Overview

We are seeking motivated, service-oriented individuals to join our remote team as Travel Experience Specialist. In this role, you will help clients create well-organized vacations by learning about their interests, researching suitable experiences, and assisting with the coordination of their selected arrangements.

You may work with resort getaways, cruises, family vacations, romantic escapes, group trips, tours, celebrations, and international destinations. No previous travel industry experience is required. Training and continued professional support are provided.

What You Will Do

Connect with clients to understand their vacation goals, preferences, dates, and budget
Explore destinations, accommodations, cruises, tours, activities, and package options
Develop recommendations based on individual traveler needs
Assist with coordinating accommodations, transportation, excursions, and other requested services
Use approved supplier resources to organize reservation information
Prepare confirmations and itinerary details for clients
Track important planning dates and follow up on outstanding information
Review travel arrangements for accuracy and completeness
Respond to client questions and provide timely planning updates
Maintain organized records of client communications and reservations
Communicate professionally through phone, email, messaging, and virtual platforms
Continue learning about destinations, supplier products, and vacation opportunities

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Customer-focused with a professional attitude
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Ability to research and compare information effectively
Comfortable managing responsibilities independently
Basic computer, email, and internet proficiency
Willingness to learn new booking platforms and digital tools
Reliable, motivated, and open to continued learning
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must reside in the U.S., U.K., Spain, Australia, Mexico, or another qualifying region
