What You'll Do:

  • Operate powder coating equipment, curing ovens, and related tools safely and efficiently
  • Prepare, blast, and powder coat products such as bumpers, grumpers, snowplows, etc. to meet quality and production standards
  • Inspect finished products and make adjustments to ensure a high-quality finish
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and routine equipment maintenance
  • Support team production goals while maintaining a safe and organized work area

 

What We’re Looking for: 

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 6+ months as a powder coating technician and/or general manufacturing experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. repeatedly, willingness to team lift, work in varying temperatures
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality minded
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

Shift:

Monday-Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM. Overtime available dependent on production demands.
