• Current Open Schedules:
  • Part-time 20+- Monday-Friday 6:00 am-10:00 am (3180)
  • Part-time 20+- Saturday and Sunday 7:00 am-6:00 pm every other weekend (3239)
  • Part-time 20+- Monday 4:00 pm-8:00 pm, Tuesday 4:00 pm-8:00 pm, Wednesday 4:00 pm-8:00 pm, Thursday 4:00 pm-8:00 pm, Friday 4:00 pm-8:00 pm (3290)
  • Part-time <20- Every Saturday and Sunday 7:00 am- 3:00 pm (3230)
  • Part-time <20- Every Saturday and Sunday 10:00 am- 6:00 pm (3196)
  • Part-time <20- Saturday and Sunday 2:00 pm-10:00 pm every other weekend (3240)
• Location: Camp Hill, PA
• Pay: $19.00 per hour, up to $19.75 per hour with NADSP DSP certification(s)
  • An extra $1 per hour for eligible 2nd shift and weekend hours

Direct Support Professional (DSP), Home & Community

• Current Open Schedules:
  • Status: Part-time, <20 hours per week or 30+ hours per week
  • Schedule: Part-time varied shifts consisting of 2–4 hour increments between Monday – Friday, generally Three days per week; between 9:00 am- 1:00 pm or 1:00 pm – 7:00 pm; occasional weekends as needed.
  • Location: Camp Hill, PA
  • Pay: $17.75 per hour
  • Sign-On Bonus: $500* (sign-on bonus open to Home & Community role only)

  • Willingness to use personal vehicle for transporting individuals in the community (for Home & Community role only)

What We’re Looking For:

• Entry level, training provided (some positions require experience, read schedule carefully)
• A valid driver’s license and 6 months driving experience
• 18 years of age
• Access to a vehicle with valid insurance, registration, and inspection
• Ability to communicate, read, write, and understand the English language
• Preferred: Previous Personal Care Aide, Caregiver, Direct Support Professional (DSP), or Direct Care Worker experience
• Preferred: Knowledge of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and/or autism

As a DSP (Direct Support Professional) in Residential Services, you’ll support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes by assisting with daily needs, teaching life skills, encouraging independence, and promoting a safe and meaningful home life.

What You’ll Do:

• Support individuals with daily living needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, meal preparation, use of adaptive equipment, and providing transportation to appointments, activities, and community outings (training provided)
• Encourage independence, confidence, and life-skill development
• Build trusting, respectful relationships through effective communication
• Follow individualized support plans and document progress
• Assist with health and safety needs, including medication support and monitoring
• Promote meaningful activities, community involvement, and strong social connections
