Premier Therapy is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist (OTR) in Canton, OH to help residents in skilled nursing settings rebuild function, safety, and independence. You’ll evaluate needs, create individualized plans of care, deliver evidence-based OT interventions, and document progress to support quality outcomes.

Required qualifications/skills:
- Current Occupational Therapist license/eligibility (OTR)
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
- Commitment to resident-centered care and interdisciplinary teamwork
