About the Role:
Christopher's Pizza in Carolina Shores, NC is looking for passionate and hardworking Kitchen Staff to join our team! If you love the fast-paced energy of a kitchen and take pride in crafting delicious food, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and assemble pizzas and other menu items according to restaurant recipes and standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen workspace at all times
- Operate kitchen equipment including ovens, prep tools, and slicers safely and efficiently
- Monitor food quality and freshness, rotating stock as needed
- Assist with receiving and storing food deliveries and inventory
- Support fellow kitchen team members during high-volume rushes
- Follow all food safety and health code guidelines
Requirements:
- Prior kitchen, food prep, or restaurant experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-temperature kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one
