Post Closing Paralegal

Job description:

Butler and College, LLC seeks a Real Estate Paralegal to support the Ocean Isle Beach, North Carolina office for the attorneys, as well as handle other office duties.

Responsibilities:

-Answer phones, respond to emails and manage client inquiries

-Recording and Post Closing duties

-Open and maintain legal files and documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality

-Schedule and manage office calendar and appointments

-Perform administrative functions related to filing, mailing, data entry, and document production

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience as a real estate paralegal, closing coordinator, or similar role
• Knowledge of South and North Carolina closing practices and title requirements
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with closing software (Qualia is preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
• A collaborative team player with a professional, client-focused demeanor
