Missions:

  • Ensures that all painting means (paint line and auziliaries) are kept in a functional and safe condition by dealing with predictive, preventive, and curative maintenance.
  • Works in 3 shifts or on WE shift
  • On call duty

Activities:

  • Works according to HSE requirements
  • Plans and carries out preventive maintenance of machinery, systems, and utility services
  • Repairs efficiently paint line and auxiliaries during downtime
  • Supervies external companies providing contract maintenance and repair
  • Reduciton of unscheduled machinery and equipment downtime
  • Participates in continuous improvment processes and activities
  • Retains and maintains document stocks of necessary spare parts for painting
  • Supports level 1 maintenance training
  • Is responsible for tidiness of his/her work area (5S)
  • May relieve fellow team members for their breaks
  • Actively participates in all training (in hours, provided by equipment supplier).
  • Implements all procedures in line with POMS and best practice
  • Participates in fine tuning and final setting of the equipment
  • Paricipates in paint maintenance area set up and follow up installation of small CAPEX related area.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Technician certificaiton with speciality in several of the following fields (mechanial, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics)
  • Robotics and application processess
  • Previous experience in maintenance of big production equipment
  • Computer skills
  • Proven problem solving skills
  • Customer orientated
