We’re growing and looking to add multiple Machine Operators to our 2nd shift team in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment. If you’re detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and ready to be part of a high-quality production team—this is a great opportunity to get in the door and grow your skills!


What You’ll Do

  • Operate manufacturing equipment such as conformal coating and singulation machines (with training on wave solder, selective solder machines) 
  • Assemble electrical and electromechanical components using various tools and hardware 
  • Inspect work and identify defects using IPC-A-610 standards 
  • Follow work instructions and complete tasks with minimal supervision 
  • Support production goals while maintaining quality and efficiency 


What We’re Looking For

  • Mechanically inclined with the ability to use tools and basic testing devices 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small components 
  • Basic math and measurement skills 
  • Ability to read and follow instructions accurately 
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment 
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt 


Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required 
  • 1+ year of manufacturing or related experience preferred 
  • IPC-A-610 certification is a plus (or willingness to learn)
