Position SummaryÂ
The Sr. Director Program Management is responsible for leading a complex, enterprise-wide transformation program and broader business transformation initiatives. This role will provide strategic leadership, governance, and execution oversight across multiple workstreams spanning systems, processes, and operating model changes.Â
Reporting to the VP, Governance & PMO, the Program Director will lead a team of Senior Program Managers and work closely with business leaders, IT, and implementation partners to ensure successful delivery of program objectives, milestones, and business outcomes.Â
Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
Lead the overall planning, governance, and execution oversight of a large, complex transformation program and related initiativesÂ
Provide leadership and direction to a team of Senior Program Managers responsible for major program workstreamsÂ
Ensure alignment of program scope, priorities, milestones, resources, and business outcomes across all workstreamsÂ
Establish and maintain program governance, reporting, escalation, and decision-making processesÂ
Oversee integrated program plans, cross-functional dependencies, risks, issues, and action trackingÂ
Prepare and deliver executive updates, dashboards, and materials for governance and steering committee meetingsÂ
Partner with business, IT, and external implementation partners to drive alignment, accountability, and execution disciplineÂ
Ensure implementation partners and vendors are effectively managed against agreed deliverables and commitmentsÂ
Support organizational readiness, change coordination, and business adoption efforts to help ensure successful implementation and sustained outcomesÂ
Monitor program budget, resource needs, and delivery health, escalating issues and recommending actions as neededÂ
Required QualificationsÂ
Bachelor’s degree requiredÂ
15+ years of experience in program management, transformation leadership, or related rolesÂ
Proven experience leading large, complex, cross-functional enterprise programsÂ
Experience leading SAP, ERP, or similarly complex business and technology transformation initiativesÂ
Experience managing direct reports, including senior-level program or project leadersÂ
Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skillsÂ
Demonstrated experience in governance, integrated planning, risk management, and issue resolutionÂ
Experience working with system integrators, external vendors, and cross-functional business and technology teamsÂ
Experience in program financial management
Experience in Project Management tools like Clarity / Planview/ SPM / any other
Preferred QualificationsÂ
Experience leading major ERP transformation programsÂ
Experience in enterprise transformation involving systems, processes, and operating model changesÂ
Familiarity with change management, business readiness, and adoption planningÂ
PMP, PgMP, Agile, SAP, or related certifications preferredÂ
Advanced degree preferredÂ
