Casper Dermatology Clinic is growing and opening two new offices in East Casper and Douglas. We are looking for energetic, patient-focused Medical Assistants who are eager to make an impact from day one.
This unique opportunity allows you to help launch our newest locations while delivering outstanding care and creating a positive patient experience. We are seeking candidates with proven leadership abilities, adaptability, and a passion for excellence.

Position Details
- Travel position with a consistent weekly schedule
- 3 to 4 days per week in Casper
- 1 to 2 days per week in Douglas
- Opportunity to support the growth and success of both new offices

Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
- Rooming patients and documents all vital information
- Scribing information for the dermatologist
- Providing post op wound care to patients
- Drawing blood and suture removal
- Cleaning and stocking the exam rooms
- Scheduling patient appointments
Assisting the dermatologist with procedures such as:
- Surgical photographs
- Biopsies – punch, DIF and shave
- Excisions
- Electrodessication and curettage
- I&D
- Mohs micrographic skin cancer surgery
- Phototherapy
- Injections
- Koh preps
- Trichograms
- Tzank preps
- Dermabrasion
- Patch testing
- Blue light
Qualifications
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Â
Post High School education in a medical support field:Â
Certified Medical Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse is strongly preferred
Â
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- 1+ years of recent experience in a medical office in a similar capacity is preferred
- Must keep current on all state certifications, licenses and/or registrations to continue employment
- Must be willing to travel to other clinic locations as needed
- Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office and Electronic Medical Record systems
- Must possess organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with staff, clients, and visitors
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize appropriately, and work well both individually and as part of a team
