Service Coordinator - SimplyEuro, Castle Pines, CO
SimplyEuro is hiring in Castle Pines, Colorado, one of the strongest markets in the country for European auto repair, Â and we have a rare opening for a Service Coordinator.
This is not a slow front desk role. This shop runs at a high level, with experienced leadership, exceptional service advisors, and more customer demand than most shops ever see. We need someone who can keep up with the pace, create a great first impression, and help keep the front counter running smoothly from the first call of the day to the last customer interaction.

Core Responsibilities
- Welcome customers in person and over the phone and create a strong first impression of the SimplyEuro experience
- Schedule appointments, confirm service details, and help manage the daily flow of front-office activity
- Support communication between customers, service advisors, and internal team members so information moves clearly and quickly
- Maintain customer records, update information in internal systems, and handle routine front-office documentation
- Assist with front-desk transactions and general administrative support as needed
- Help keep the front counter responsive, efficient, and customer-focused throughout the day
Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills and comfort interacting with customers throughout the day
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain a warm, helpful presence in a busy environment
- Comfort balancing customer interaction with scheduling, data entry, and administrative follow-through
- Ability to shift between tasks as priorities change during the day
- Confidence using office systems and handling scheduling, documentation, and routine front-office processes
- Previous experience in a customer-facing administrative, reception, front desk, or service support role preferred
- Automotive, dealership, or repair shop experience is helpful, especially in a high-volume environment
- Physically capable of performing tasks that involve grasping, pushing, pulling, lifting (including items over 50 pounds), bending, and reaching overhead.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours, is required.
- Must be able to maintain a fast-paced work rhythm for extended durations
