This is a hands-on production role responsible for printing and finishing graphics used in retail environments and other custom projects. The ideal candidate takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work, is comfortable working with production equipment, and can manage multiple jobs while meeting established deadlines.

This position works closely with other Manufacturing departments to ensure printed products are completed correctly and ready for the next stage of production.

What You’ll Do

  • Operate wide-format printers and related print production equipment
  • Prepare files and materials for printing according to job specifications
  • Monitor print quality, color, alignment, and overall accuracy throughout production

  • Identify and communicate equipment issues, material shortages, or production concerns
  • Track and maintain commonly used print materials and supplies
  • Accurately follow work orders, engineered drawings, reference numbers, and project specifications
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Communicate job status and potential delays with the appropriate team members
  • Assist other Manufacturing departments as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous wide-format printing, sign production, or related manufacturing experience preferred
  • Experience operating large-format printers and finishing equipment is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
  • Ability to read and follow work orders, measurements, and production specifications
  • Comfortable working with computers and print production software
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple jobs
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment
  • Dependable attendance and ability to meet production deadlines

Physical Requirements

This position is active and requires regular movement throughout the production area. Employees must be able to:

  • Stand and work on their feet for extended periods
  • Bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive production tasks
  • Safely lift and move print materials, substrates, and finished products
  • Work around manufacturing equipment, adhesives, inks, and other production materials

Why Join Our Team
