Function in the Job
Medium work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Job Function
Under general supervision, performs custodial duties to include building and grounds maintenance. Keeps office,
restrooms, warehouse, and property clean and orderly as directed by supervisors.
Required Skills
路 Ensure areas are prepared and orderly by taking out trash, cleaning all areas of the office, restrooms,
warehouse and facility which includes (but not limited to): Sweep/mopping floors, dusting, window washing, lawn
maintenance, pick up steel banding, cut & stock wood.
路 Works and coordinates with multiple areas of warehouse coworkers/supervisors to complete tasks daily.
路 Maintain compliance with all safety requirements, policies and procedures.
路 Safety sensitive for his/her owns safety and/or of others safety.
路 Demonstrate initiative to proactively seek out work and complete tasks.
路 Enthusiastic team player with a motivating positive attitude.
路 Committed to a workplace of culture and respect.
路 Dependable and consistent attendance/punctuality.
路 May need to work overtime and weekends as assigned (depending on business needs).
路 Performance of other Warehouse or other tasks as required by the absence of a department member or due to
the existence of a backlog of work.
