The community you鈥檒l be caring for:
- Established in 1997 and now a 357-bed hospital
- AdventHealth Celebration Health was designed as a Mediterranean resort-style facility to serve as a cornerstone of health in Disney鈥檚 planned community of Celebration, Florida
- The hospital consistently delivers a state-of-the-art healing environment to residents of Osceola, Orange, Polk and Lake Counties, as well as to visitors from across the United States and the world. All within a 'living laboratory' of groundbreaking, research-driven clinical solutions that integrate mind, body and spirit in the defeat of illness and disease
The role you鈥檒l contribute:聽聽Assists surgeons by preparing operating rooms and appropriately arranging surgical equipment and supplies.
The value you鈥檒l bring to the team:
- Ensures operating room is sterile
- Conducts field preparation and maintenance
- Conducts instrument counts prior to surgical procedures
- Assists with preparing, transporting, positioning, and draping patients
- Provides patients with supportive care during pre-operative phases
*Terms:聽12 month Employment Contract Required for Sign-On and Relocation
Sign-on Eligibility:
路聽Applicable experience required.
路聽Internal Candidates and Rehires within 12 months are not eligible.聽
Relocation Eligibility:
路聽Must live 50 miles outside of campus address.
The expertise and experiences you鈥檒l need to succeed:
Minimum qualifications:
- Associate's degree or Technical certificate/diploma in a related field
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
- If LPN, must have current, valid State license as a Licensed Professional Nurse
Preferred qualifications:聽
- Two years of technical experience
