Position Overview

As our Physical Therapist, you'll evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions, developing personalized treatment plans designed to restore function, reduce pain, and improve overall quality of life. You'll work as part of an integrated, multidisciplinary team alongside physicians and other clinical specialists dedicated to delivering measurable, meaningful outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each patient's needs
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically indicated
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
  • Collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
  • Educate patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation strategies, and long-term wellness

What You Bring
