Voss Cadillac is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warranty Administrator to join our Service Department. The Warranty Administrator is responsible for processing warranty claims accurately and efficiently, ensuring all manufacturer requirements are met and supporting the Service and Parts Departments throughout the warranty process.

The warranty administrator is responsible for preparing, recording and submitting warranty claims to the factory or distributor as well as coordinating the efforts of the service support team.
The warranty administrator needs to have strong computer, math and organizational skills. You will have to monitor work in progress reports, close out warranty receivables, post credits and file paid claims after posting.
You will be required to verify criteria required by the factory or distributor and to keep up to date on all warranty regulations.
The warranty administrator will keep service manager apprised of claims consistently. Must have proven record keeping and communication skills.
Responsible for tracking warranty parts, keeping informed of all factory recalls and bulletins.
Will use your communication skills to ensure that you communicate any updates to all staff that need to know.
The warranty administrator will assist and cover for the receptionist and cashier when needed.
Knowledge of Reynolds and Reynolds is helpful to the warranty administrator position.

Qualifications
Previous automotive dealership experience preferred.
Warranty administration or service department experience strongly preferred.
GM/Cadillac warranty experience is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working with computers and dealership management software.
Ability to understand repair orders, labor operations, parts, and technician documentation.
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Must be able to pass a background check and Drug screening
