The Mission
Support the Asphalt Superintendent by operating screed and paving support equipment safely and accurately so the crew delivers spec-compliant asphalt surfaces, dependable daily production, and consistent schedule performance.
You will own:
- Screed and paving support equipment operation that protects grade, mat quality, and finished surface consistency
- Smooth transitions, consistent grade, and proper drainage through precise operation and associated hand work
- Daily paving production support with fewer interruptions and better crew rhythm across the shift
- Material control that cuts waste, protects yield, and keeps the job moving without unnecessary stops
- Surface quality that meets spec the first time and reduces punch work and return trips
- Safe equipment handling and jobsite awareness around the paving train, ground crew, and changing site conditions
- Reliable schedule performance by doing your part to keep output steady and the crew aligned
What We Do
We handle commercial pavement, maintenance and proprietary winter services for properties that need work done right and done on schedule.
If you've got the operator mindset but not deep asphalt experience, don't disqualify yourself. We have an Intensive two-week onboarding program including industry-specific training and training on our proprietary systems and software — you do not need to be an asphalt expert on day one.
