The Inside Sales team drives aftermarket parts and service revenue growth by serving as the primary office-based sales contact for assigned accounts and territories. This role partners closely with the Regional Sales Managers to identify sales opportunities, develop quotations, manage customer orders and deliver exceptional customer support throughout the sales cycle.

• Support Regional Sales Managers in account development, territory growth initiatives and customer retention efforts.

• Identify parts based on customer requests, equipment manuals, drawings and historical order information.

• Prepare and deliver aftermarket parts quotations, ensuring quotations accurately reflect customer requirements, specifications, pricing and lead times.

• Proactively follow up on quotations to increase conversion rates.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication, responsiveness and ongoing account support.

• Collaborate with technical support, Regional Sales Managers and Aftermarket team members to resolve customer inquiries and technical issues.

• Process purchase orders from customers in accordance with department policies.

• Coordinate processing of orders with Procurement and Logistics Team regarding special instructions for shipping and expediting shipment from global warehouses as needed.

• Provide order acknowledgements and monitor open orders to proactively communicate delays or changes.

• Perform other related tasks, projects and responsibilities as assigned by department management.
