Pharmacy Technician
Keystone Pharmacy | Fifth Avenue

Full-Time | 40 hours weekly
 

Keystone Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our team! If you're a detail-oriented professional who enjoys helping others and working in a fast-paced healthcare environment, we'd love to hear from you. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will support our pharmacists in providing safe, accurate, and efficient pharmacy services while delivering exceptional customer service to our patients.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing prescriptions by entering prescription information, counting medications, labeling containers, and preparing prescriptions for pickup.
  • Receive written, electronic, and refill prescription requests while maintaining accurate patient and prescription records.
  • Process insurance claims, verify payments, and operate the cash register.
  • Order, receive, stock, and maintain pharmacy medications, supplies, and over-the-counter products.
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering phones, assisting patients with over-the-counter products, and directing clinical questions to the pharmacist.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • PA Registered Pharmacy Technician preferred; however, Pharmacy Technician Trainees will be considered.
  • Current CPR certification
  • Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with a good driving record.
