• Earnings & CPM: Experience-based pay from $0.54 (3–11 mos) up to $0.60 cpm (5+ yrs). Weekly gross averages $1,450 ($75k–$85k annual), with top performers hitting $1,600 weekly. Plus, a $2,500 sign-on bonus ($500 on load 1, $500 at 30 days, and structured payouts up to 180 days).
• Accessolaries & Extra Pay: Earn $15 per stop, $100 layover pay after 24 hours, and $15/hour detention pay after 2 hours.
• Operations & Freight: Haul dry van paper products and backhauls originating and ending in Terre Haute, IN, across the Midwest, TX, FL, GA, TN, and CO. Handle 2–3 stops per load (~30-min unloads): remove straps/bars and guide/stabilize pallets while store associates pull them.
• Hiring Criteria: Open availability required for days, nights, and weekends. Must possess 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience within the past 36 months. Mandatory testing includes a DOT physical, a urine drug screen, and a hair follicle drug test.
