This role develops and implements safety policies and procedures, conducts audits, delivers training, and drives continuous EHS improvement- creating a safe, healthy work environment while supporting dynamic, innovative projects. Key Responsibilities: Review and help develop EHS policies, programs, and procedures Create and maintain the compliance calendar for regulatory requirements Conduct regular safety audits, sampling, and site inspections Identify and help minimize exposure to environmental hazards Support job hazard analyses and risk assessments Deliver EHS training to employees Run Behavioral Based Safety program Maintain records/logs and prepare periodic reports Track safety KPIs and monitor overall safety culture Support HR with the Return-to-Work program Provide technical support for EHS projects, investigations, and problem-solving Qualifications
