Divine Homes Healthcare Services, LLC is seeking a reliable, compassionate, and dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide person-centered support to an individual with developmental disabilities.
Work Schedule
Monday–Wednesday: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Thursday–Friday: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Sunday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Thursday–Friday: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Sunday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Provide person-centered support and supervision.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.
- Support independent living and social skills.
- Assist with community outings and activities.
- Follow the individual's ISP and established support strategies.
- Ensure the individual's health, safety, and well-being.
- Complete required documentation and progress notes.
- Maintain professional communication with supervisors, family members, and the care team.
Qualifications
- Experience working with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities preferred.
- Dependable, patient, compassionate, and professional.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass required background checks.
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
- Willingness to complete all required agency training.
