DelRicht Research is seeking a trainee excited about patient care and clinical research. This patient-facing position is ideal for someone with professional experience who is ready to build new capabilities and work toward future career opportunities as the region grows. You’ll work closely with patients and the clinic team to coordinate study visits, follow clinical trial protocols, maintain accurate documentation, and help the clinic operate efficiently. We’re looking for someone who learns quickly, communicates confidently, adapts well to change, and is willing to step up when the team needs direction. You do not need to have followed a traditional clinical research career path to succeed here! Candidates with experience in healthcare, patient care, customer service, or other fast-paced professional environments may bring highly transferable skills to this position.

Clinical Research Trainee's Main Objective:Â
Overall, the Clinical Research Trainee is responsible for delivering an excellent patient experience while driving accurate, efficient study execution, ensuring:
- Patients have a positive, professional, and comfortable experience throughout their time in our clinic
- Patient visits are completed accurately and efficiently, with close adherence to clinical trial protocols and site expectations
- Patient recruitment, screening, and enrollment activities are supported with a strong focus on follow-through
- Patients are guided through the study journey to help ensure they attend and complete required visits
- Clinical and visit data are entered timely and accurately into required systems and documentation platforms
- Patients, physicians, and other stakeholders receive clear, timely communication
Skills Needed to Win
- 1+ years of professional experienceÂ
- Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a decisive, solutions-oriented approach to fast-moving or uncertain situations
- High attention to detail and ability to stay organized across competing priorities
- Ability to quickly learn protocols, systems, and clinical workflows
- A collaborative, patient-focused mindset
- Helpful experience or backgrounds may include:
- Exposure to healthcare, patient care, clinic operations, or clinical research
- RN, LPN, medical assistant, medical scribe, or urgent care experience
- Clinical documentation and charting experience
- Team lead, shift supervisor, charge nurse, or other leadership experience
- Completing patient visits, or prior experience with clinical procedures like blood draws, ECGs, and vital signs

Job Type: Full-Time 40+ hrs
Salary Range: $50,000-$55,000
