In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents by delivering high-quality nursing care in a skilled nursing environment. Through attentive assessments, clinical expertise, and genuine connection, you'll help ensure the health, comfort, and well-being of those we serve.

A Typical Day:

  • Oversee resident care, medication administration, and clinical documentation.
  • Partner with residents, families, physicians, and care teams to deliver exceptional service.
  • Lead and support CNAs through supervision, coaching, and orientation of new staff.
  • Foster resident engagement while maintaining high standards of care and professionalism.

Requirements

What We Need From A Candidate:

  • Must be licensed (LPN) by the state of South Carolina and in good standing with a current active license
  • Must have the ability and knowledge to act in a supervisory capacity
  • BLS certified OR willingness to get certified within 3 months of employment.
  • Consistently demonstrate professionalism and clinical skills
  • Maintain professional appearance and conduct exhibiting a respectful and courteous demeanor at all times
  • Ability to stand, stoop, bend, reach, squat, climb, reach above head, carry, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and written
