Position Summary

Harvest Advertising Inc is seeking a Promotions Assistant to support promotional campaigns, customer engagement activities, and brand awareness initiatives. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people and are interested in gaining experience in marketing, promotions, and event support.

Responsibilities

Assist with the execution of promotional campaigns and outreach initiatives.
Represent client brands in a professional manner.
Engage with customers and provide information about products, services, and promotions.
Help prepare promotional displays, materials, and event resources.
Support event setup, operation, and breakdown activities.
Maintain accurate campaign records and documentation.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
Perform additional marketing support tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associate's or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is a plus.
Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent organizational abilities.
Positive, customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer proficiency.
Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, event, or promotional experience is helpful but not required.
