Basic Function
The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) supports customers and the sales organization by providing high-quality service, accurate order processing, and timely sales support. This role handles inbound and outbound communication, prepares quotes, assists with product information, and ensures a positive customer experience while supporting revenue growth.Â

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales SupportÂ
- Respond to inbound calls, emails, and online inquiriesÂ
- Provide customers with product, pricing, and availability informationÂ
- Process orders, returns, replacements, and account updatesÂ
- Troubleshoot basic order or service issues and follow standard workflowsÂ
- Maintain accurate documentation in CRM and internal systems
- E-CommenceÂ

Inside Sales & Revenue SupportÂ
- Prepare quotes within established pricing guidelinesÂ
- Conduct routine outbound follow-ups on quotes and open ordersÂ
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunitiesÂ
- Support field sales teams with documentation, samples, and schedulingÂ
- Maintain strong product knowledge to guide customers effectivelyÂ

- Manage high-volume daily customer communicationÂ
- Complete 5–15 quotes per day depending on complexityÂ
- Process 20–40 orders or service tickets per dayÂ
- Maintain consistent follow-up on assigned quotes and customer needs

Qualification/Experience Â
- 1–3 years of inside sales, customer service, or order management experienceÂ
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skillsÂ
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentÂ
Computer & Technical Skills
- Knowable working with ERP systems for order processing, inventory tracking, and customer account management a plus. Proficiency in CRM/ERP systemsÂ
- Basic knowledge: Microsoft Word: Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook skills, including OMS, and MPS (Data analysis for sales reporting).
