What You'll Do:
- Put together accurate estimates and proposals for commercial roofing jobs
- Review blueprints and specs to plan out the best approach
- Use The Edge software to streamline your estimating process
- Keep everything organized in our internal systems
- Work closely with the team to hit goals and keep projects on track
- Share ideas to help us improve how we work
What We're Looking For:
- At least 3 years of estimating experience (or strong roofing PM/superintendent background)
- Solid understanding of commercial roofing systems
- Great attention to detail and time management
- Able to work independently and juggle multiple tasks
- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
