Ayrsley Town Rehab is a well-established outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinic in Charlotte, NC, now proudly operated by Prava Therapy. We are committed to delivering individualized, one-on-one patient care while leveraging innovative technology to make documentation and scheduling more efficient. Our therapists utilize an AI-powered EMR with seamless desktop and mobile access, allowing more time to focus on patient care.

We are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist whose primary role will be evaluating new patients, developing plans of care, and supervising Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs). For therapists interested in additional hours, there is also the opportunity to treat patients beyond evaluation visits.

Position Summary

This role is ideal for a Physical Therapist who enjoys clinical decision-making, collaborating with PTAs, and ensuring patients receive high-quality evidence-based care. While evaluations and supervision are the primary responsibilities, treatment hours are available based on your availability and preference.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive initial evaluations for new orthopedic patients.

  • Develop individualized plans of care and establish functional goals.

  • Supervise and collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants in accordance with state practice acts.

  • Complete re-evaluations and progress assessments as clinically indicated.

  • Ensure documentation is completed accurately and efficiently using our AI-powered EMR.

  • Communicate effectively with referring providers and members of the rehabilitation team.

  • Provide direct patient treatment as desired and available.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.

  • Active North Carolina Physical Therapy license.

  • Strong orthopedic examination and clinical reasoning skills.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

  • New graduates with strong orthopedic clinical experience are encouraged to apply.
