Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations ensuring high standards of service and efficiency.
- Recruit, train, and manage staff
- Drive membership growth and retention
- Monitor financial performance and profitability
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
- Handle customer concerns professionally
- Maintain facility cleanliness and equipment
- Organize events and member engagement
- Track performance metrics and collaborate with leadership
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in business or related field with two years of management experience preferred.
- Current CPR Certification
- Minimum 2 years of direct sales experience preferred
- Fitness industry experience preferred but not required.Â
- Be promotionally-oriented and have the ability to direct sales through company required outreach programs.Â
- Strong customer service orientation with proven results.
- Understanding of performance metrics including P&L, revenue, budgeting, inventory, payroll, cost controls and facilities maintenance.Â
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with open, participative leadership style and drive for excellence.
- Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn new data systems as required
- Ability to train and develop employees on a variety of company systems and procedures
- Requires the ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
