Job DetailsJob Location: Charlotte - Charlotte, NC 28216Position Type: Full TimeTravel Percentage: NoneJob Category: Installation - Maint - RepairThe Installation Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for reviewing all scheduled jobs each day and assigning contracted installation crews for work according to their areas of expertise and availability. A strong working knowledge of flooring materials and techniques for proper flooring installation is preferred, but not required. Must be able to communicate with individuals who speak a variety of languages. English/Spanish fluency is required.  Computer skills and customer service admin skills are a must; ability to function in high volume, high velocity work environment is critical. This associate will have some warehouse and admin responsibilities.   RESPONSIBILITIES: Communicates with installers to ensure clear understanding of job specifications and installation requirements to maintain high quality job standards Schedule work to meet contractor's needs Coordinate and schedule installation follow-up visits as necessary for repairs, corrections and warranty issues Ensure that required documentation is complete and enters appropriate data into company systems accurately and on time Note changes and additions to customer orders as needed Address customer concerns and issues, escalating them as necessary for job completion and customer satisfaction Assists with the daily warehouse functions of receiving, loading out installers, and use of a sit down forklift   BENEFITS: Bi-weekly payroll via direct deposit Eligible to participate in group health, dental & vision insurance plans after 60 days full-time employment Supplemental life, accident, cancer and short-term disability insurance available after 60 days full-time employment Retirement Plans: Employee Stock Ownership Plan and 401(K) with match Paid Time Off (PTO) from first day of employment QualificationsQualifications Bilingual fluency in both English and Spanish a must Knowledge of flooring materials and installation processes highly desirable Knowledge of office management systems, customer service and procedures Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Attention to detail Strong problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Experience with RFMS is a highly preferred Able to lift up to 70lbs as needed
