·        The Product & System Analyst is a productspecialist for the firm's key strategies producing analytics includingperformance-based metrics, holdings based analysis and peer comparisons.Primary owner of key systems – Morningstar Direct, Evestment, Bloomberg Port,and Factset Analytics.
·        We are looking to expand our talent bench byadding another professional; someone possessing a great attitude, strong workethic, and desire to help support and evolve our team. The existing 4-personteam has significant experience, as such; we are willing to consider a range ofexperience for this next hire (2 – 10+ years).
·        Our ideal candidate has a blend of domainknowledge in investment strategies, technical savviness with investmentsystems, excel, and data manipulation (SQL, Python, VBA, etc.), along with theright work ethic and mindset to operate in a demanding environment whereroutine work must be balanced with unexpected business demands.

CoreResponsibilities:
·        Produce and maintain a variety of scheduled andad hoc reports related to portfolio and benchmark holdings, attribution, managerperformance and peer rank and characteristics. Respond to client, prospectrequests and conducts complex product analysis.
·        Automation of deliverables & data integrity– standardization of processes for delivering required data to management,investment teams, marketing and client service. Leverage various third-partytools such as FactSet PA, FactSet SPAR, Bloomberg, eVestment, and MorningstarDirect. Provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating and developingsystems and procedures that meet business requirements.
·        Partner with marketing on Seismic, firm'scontent management system. Production and mapping of existing data sources,creation of new data sources, write queries and implement process improvementsincluding best practice structure.
·        In addition to ongoing responsibilities will beexpected to lead projects and initiatives related to product data and industry.Analyze current process and makes process improvements, leverage existingprocess if working but will also rebuild to create efficiency.

Skills andCompetencies:
·        Bachelor's degree. Preferably in finance,accounting or relevant field. CIPM, CFA or other industry professionaldesignations desirable.
·        2 or more years of performance measurement andor analytical experience within the financial services industry.
·        Technical understanding of markets, securities(with fixed income a priority), portfolio construction, investment systems,performance, composites, and product analysis.
·        Excellent overall computer skills withdemonstrated proficiency in several software packages. Strong ability inMicrosoft Excel, including Vlookups, Pivot Tables and Macros.
·        Competency with investment systems, dataproviders, and analytics tools. Client utilizes Seismic, Advent APX, Archer,Orion, Charles River, Factset, Bloomberg, CAPS, Snowflake and more.
