Job Summary

As the 2nd shift Quality Supervisor, you will lead a team of electrical and mechanical quality coordinators in maintaining product quality and compliance. You’ll play a vital role in setting up quality systems and ensuring that our processes meet internal and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily activities of the quality inspection team
• Develop and enforce quality standards and procedures
• Support audits, both internal and customer-driven
• Drive corrective and preventive actions
• Train staff on quality systems and tools (e.g., control plans, inspection methods)

Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor'sdegree in a technical field preferred
• 3+ years in a manufacturing quality role with supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of quality tools (e.g., 8D, SPC, Control Charts)
• Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring tools
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
