The Fitness Facility Attendant will ensure a quality experience for members and guests. This is a part-time position, and is an excellent opportunity to develop skills and experience related to the fields of health, fitness, and sports operations and management.   Position Responsibilities: Diligent monitoring of fitness areas to ensure safety of members and guests Regular assessment of safety of equipment and environment Ability to respond calmly and effectively in the event of an emergency Ability to prioritize and respond to multiple requests within scheduled time frames Meticulous cleaning of assigned areas and equipment Strong initiative to provide basic fitness equipment identification and overview to members and guests   Compensation: Competitive wage commensurate with experience and qualifications Commitment to work scheduling that promotes an excellent work-life balance Free employee meals QualificationsCandidate Qualifications: Knowledge of, or willingness to learn about, fitness equipment and proper use Strong adherence to safety standards and emergency protocol, as set forth by Farmington Country Club and the Fitness Department
