Personal Trainer– Part-Time/PRN

Flexible hours 15-25 hours/week

Ivy - 4290 Ivy Rd, Ste 120, Charlottesville, VA 22903

Compensation Range $20.00 - 25.00

What You'll Do:

Conduct fitness assessments and build customized training programs.
Help clients improve performance, reduce injury risk, and achieve their fitness goals.
Deliver an exceptional client experience through education and motivation.
Knowledge of Fitness equipment and machines.
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional workout space.
Outstanding time management and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications Required:

Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACSM, CSCS, ACE, NSCA, or ISSA)
Weekend availability (Saturday or Sunday)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Active CPR certification.

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field
1–2 years of personal training experience
Community outreach or sales experience by representing Ivy at local fairs and events, and pop ups at community businesses.
