Starting Pay: $13.00 per Hour

Role Summary

TDP Bakery is seeking dependable, self-motivated team members to join our overnight Production Team in Finishing and Loading positions. In this role, you will help support daily bakery operations by finishing products, loading and moving product throughout the production process, maintaining cleanliness standards, and assisting supervisors in meeting production goals.

The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, works well in a team environment, follows instructions effectively, and is committed to producing quality products in a fast-paced bakery setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with finishing bakery products according to company quality standards.
• Load, move, and prepare products throughout the production process.
• Follow instructions from Leads and Supervisors to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment.
• Adhere to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety procedures.
• Support team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
• Perform additional production-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous production, manufacturing, warehouse, or bakery experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, lift, reach, and move product throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in a bakery production environment with varying temperatures, noise, and production equipment.
