REQUIREMENTS:
Jurisdictionally appropriate Contractor's License or Trade License;
General Liability Insurance;
Worker's Comp Insurance;
Business license;
Must pass Background and Motor vehicle report (no DUI, DWI, reckless in pass 5 years, no felonies, no misdemeanors involving theft, fraud, and damages to persons (assault) or property);

TASKS:
Diagnose plumbing issues; 
Perform necessary repairs or replacements; 
Test for proper functionality; 
Provide maintenance recommendations; 
Jobsite cleanup with emphasis on customer satisfaction;
Pay dependant on job;
