The Role We are seeking a compassionate Lead Medical Assistant to join our team in St. Louis, MO to help deliver exceptional care to our patients. This full-time role involves assisting with patient care, maintaining smooth clinic operations, and ensuring accurate medical records. What You’ll Do You’ll be an essential part of the care team, supporting patients and clinical staff from the moment patients arrive through every step of their visit. Manage patient flow from check in to patient care area. Answer phones and greet, check in, and direct patients and visitors. Check and document vital signs and escort patients to exam rooms. Assist physicians and nursing staff during clinical procedures. Perform phlebotomy (venipuncture/blood draws), order tests, and prepare specimens for send-out. Maintain accurate patient records and accounts. Manage inventory of office and clinical supplies and reorder as needed. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a skilled, caring professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality patient experiences. Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical office required, with 1 of those years being in a Medical Assistant role. Phlebotomy skills required. Current CPR/BLS certification required. Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment. Adherence to all policies, HIPAA regulations, safety, and sanitation standards. Certification through the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) preferred. Infertility or OB/GYN office experience preferred. Schedule This is a full-time position based in St. Louis, MO. Core hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM, with one weekend shift in the OR per month (Saturday or Sunday). Join Us At MCRM Fertility, you’ll find more than a job.
