Overview

Elements Massage Chesterfield is currently seeking licensed estheticians /aestheticians to join our growing team. The goal is to create a welcoming work environment where employees feel valued and motivated to come to work each day and have the opportunity to help clients live life to the fullest.

Responsibilities

• Understand each client's unique needs, goals, and concerns to develop personalized treatment plans
• Provide facial and skincare treatments according to Elements standards of quality and consistency
• Educate clients on proper at-home skincare routines and appropriate professional products
• Create a welcoming, professional, and relaxing experience for every client
• Consistently follow all service protocols, safety standards, and Missouri licensing requirements

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience providing skin care services in a salon, studio, spa, or professional setting
• Must have completed an accredited Esthetics / Aesthetics educational program
• Licensed to provide facial/skincare services in Missouri
• A client-focus with effective interpersonal communication skills
• Strong knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and client education
• Thrives in a warm, team-oriented environment
• Professional liability insurance as required
