YOUR IMPACT:Â
As a Real Estate Financial Analyst/Senior Analyst, you will support our operational, strategic, and investment decisions by:Â
- Working closely with multiple property management teams to implement and manage FCP’s business plansÂ
- Reviewing and analyzing financial statements, rent rolls, and capital expenditure budgetsÂ
- Researching and evaluating economic, demographic and real estate market dataÂ
- Leading conference calls and on-site meetings with property management partnersÂ
- Conducting property site inspections and market tours (travel may be required)Â
- Creating financial analyses, including operating budgets, cash flow projections, and investment return calculationsÂ
- Creating memos for presentation to senior personnelÂ
- Coordinating/managing due diligence review and closing process for various transactionsÂ
- Assisting with arranging and closing debt financingÂ
- Presenting property performance to the entire firm quarterlyÂ

 YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:Â
- Bachelor’s Degree with excellent academic credentials, with preference for majors in Business, Finance, Economics, Real Estate or Property ManagementÂ
- 0 to 2 years relevant experience (including internships) working in real estate asset managementÂ
- Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate into strategic deliverablesÂ
- Excellent written, oral communication, and presentation skills Â
- Ability to work independently and within a teamÂ
- Strong proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Python and SQL a plusÂ
- Motivated self-starter with effective time management skills and strong attention to detailÂ
- Great organizational skills and a desire to work within a fast-paced, collaborative and entrepreneurial environmentÂ
- Willingness to work in office 5 days per weekÂ
- Willingness to travel periodically to FCP properties outside the Washington, DC areaÂ
