We’re growing our Northern Colorado / Southern Wyoming crew and looking for a skilled HVAC Service Technician who wants hands-on work, real responsibility, and a career that lasts. You’ll work on commercial systems like RTUs, boilers, VAVs, and controls in facilities where your expertise truly matters. You’ll diagnose and solve mechanical problems, perform preventative maintenance, and work alongside experienced techs who want you to sharpen your craft and succeed - not burn out.

Compensation & Benefits

Average Starting Rate for Journeyman Level: $37 - $55 per hour. Union Classification, combined experience, education, skills and knowledge will be taken into consideration.

Requirements

 Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to develop rapport and productive working relationships with clients, vendors, and co-workers.
• Well-rounded background as a Journeyman
• Values and display exceptional customer service
• Strong organization skills
• Minimum 5 to 8 years’ experience in commercial service work
• Must have or have ability to get licensed as required

Minimum Qualifications:

• Over 18 years of age
• High School diploma or GED
• Completed an Apprenticeship Program or equivalent education/training
• Strong written and verbal English skills
• Valid driver's license with driving record in good standing
• Ability to gain Union Membership
• Ability to take Wyoming certification tests
