About the Role:
Golden Healthcare Services Inc is looking for a compassionate and dedicated CNA/HHA to join our growing team in Chicago, IL! Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
- Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
- Monitor and report changes in patient health, behavior, or condition to supervising staff
- Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and nutritional monitoring
- Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe, clean patient environment
- Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and their families
Requirements:
- Valid CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) or HHA (Home Health Aide) certification in Illinois
- Previous experience in home health, long-term care, or a related healthcare setting preferred
- Strong understanding of patient care techniques and safety protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Compassionate, patient-focused demeanor with a genuine desire to help others
- Must be able to pass a background check and meet all state compliance requirements
