Corporate Coverage Company is hiring an Accounts Payable Associate to join our shared services and accounting team. We support a family-owned group of recycling and industrial service companies operating across six states. Since 1976, we’ve delivered practical, reliable industrial solutions across the Midwest and South — and our corporate team plays a critical role in keeping operations running smoothly.

Primary Responsibilities

Manage a high volume of invoices and payables submitted by managers across multiple locations.
Review and reconcile invoices that require supporting documentation and reports.
Enter and maintain payables for multiple company entities.
Coordinate all aspects of weekly check runs.
Reconcile vendor statements and research outstanding items.
Investigate and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies.
Develop and maintain a strong relationship with vendors
Prepare weekly and monthly reports for assigned entities.
Help maintain accurate, organized financial records and support the broader accounting team as needed.

Onsite, Monday to Friday from 8AM – 4:30PM

Pay Rate

$24.00 - $28.00 depending on prior experience

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous accounts payable experience required.
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
Knowledge of any accounting systems a plus
Efficient, high degree of accuracy in data entry; willing to proofread.
A dependable, team-oriented approach.
